This is a document provided by a manufacturer or supplier that provides detailed safety information for various ingredients in cosmetics, including physical properties, chemical properties, health effects, safe operating methods, and emergency measures. MSDS helps cosmetics manufacturers and users understand the dangers and risks of cosmetics, and take necessary safety measures to protect their own and others' health and safety. Cosmetic SDS/MSDS can be written by the manufacturer according to relevant rules, but in order to ensure the accuracy and standardization of the report, an application can be made to a professional MSDS testing report agency for writing.

If the following situations occur, immediate updates are required:
1. Changes in MSDS regulations;
2. Prove that the substance poses new hazards;
3. The chemical composition of the product has changed.
Cosmetic MSDS application process and what documents are required?
1. Firstly, please provide the full name of the company, detailed address, contact person, landline number, mobile phone number, contact email, product name, language (Chinese, English or Chinese English), and whether the invoice has been issued to customer service personnel;
2. The customer service representative will provide you with a quotation contract based on the above information.
3. You need to send samples for MSDS reporting: liquid products are generally 50ML or 1-2 small bottles of finished products, and solid products are generally 1-2 finished products.
4. Within 3-5 working days after receiving the sample, an electronic version of the MSDS report will be issued based on the test results and sent to you for confirmation of the company information.
5. You can check the authenticity and anti-counterfeiting of the report on the website based on the code on the MSDS report.
