The EU Accessibility Act (EU) will come into effect on June 28, 2025

Requirements for selling products on Amazon Marketplace:

Starting from June 28, 2025, all product information of affected products must comply with the EU Accessibility Act. If any violations are found, we will remove the products in question. In order to meet the requirements, your product must be convenient for disabled sellers to use and comply with the CE marking requirements. For the CE mark, the product must pass a conformity assessment, and after completing the assessment, the manufacturer must obtain a declaration of conformity. After obtaining a declaration of conformity, the manufacturer must affix the CE mark on the product. For more information on CE marking requirements, please refer to the EU and UK Product Marking Guidelines: CE Marking and UKCA Marking. You should also provide information about the accessibility features of the product in the product description on the details page to ensure that all buyers can access this information at any time. In addition to the CE mark, your product must also comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive, and the Market Regulation.
